Très bel appartement. Bien situé proche d un métro accès au centre ville rapide.

What could be improved: Le chauffeur ne nous a déposé au bon endroit néanmoins c était proche et on a rapidement trouvé. Plus embêtant même à 6 personnes ça a été assez compliqué pour l ouverture de la porte. J allais vous appelé quand une personne de la résidence est venu nous aider. L appartement manquait une peu de matériel dans la cuisine. Tout cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un bon séjour dans cet appartement.

Bad experience in Checkin, Wrong addres and difficult to get in. Good Apartment

The apartment is very beautiful, just like shown in the photos. It has 3 bedrooms, a washer and dryer, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

What could be improved: It was the worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. Starting with the address, which is incorrect on Booking. Then, the information provided was incomplete.

I was not informed that the address was wrong (I parked the car 1.5 km away and looked for the place like a clown until I was told it was at another location).

When I got to the correct address, the apartment number was not provided. I had to wait to receive that information.

Upon arriving at the apartment, I was supposed to access it via the Nuki app, which was unstable, and I had to wait more than 1.5 hours in front of the apartment to be able to get in. I asked for a physical key since the app wasn’t working, even after following all the instructions, and only received the information about where the key was located after numerous requests and much insistence. It was really unpleasant to wait over 1.5 hours without knowing whether I would even be able to enter the apartment.

The person who assisted me was very helpful and contacted me through his personal number, as the business WhatsApp that manages the property didn’t seem to be functional. In the end, I received a small discount for the check-in incident.

In addition, although it was a good shower, water leaked a lot outside the bathroom and reached the hallway. There were bed linens left in the washing machine (probably from the previous guest), dishes in the dishwasher, and a dirty plate in the sink.

The nearest parking is more than a 15-minute walk from the property, and the train station is about 10 minutes away. Considering the price and features of the apartment, it’s worth it if you're traveling with a large group, but keep these issues in mind. I would stay there again if necessary, but it’s important to be aware of these potential inconveniences.

It's really clean, nice terrasse area, everything you need is near the apartment, ubahn, grocery, etc.

What could be improved: There is no parking at the apartment, but there is public parking 800m away for 8euro/day so it's not a big issue.

Wir würden die Unterkunft ohne Bedenken wieder buchen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine schöne Terrasse. Die Verkehrsanbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Die Betten und insbesondere die Matratzen waren sehr gut und bequem. Der Unterkunftsbetreiber hat sehr schnell und ausführlich schriftlich auf unsere Fragen reagiert.

What could be improved: Der Schließmechanismus war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es wurde uns nicht gesagt, dass die beiden Codes nach der Aktivierung durch ein Handy an dieses gebunden waren. Somit konnten wir die Tür nur mit einem Handy öffnen, weil wir beide Codes mit diesem Handy ausprobiert hatten. Es wurde uns aber sofort angeboten, weitere Codes zu senden.
