Very good

Nice flat for family, everything is available to have a comfortable stay. Very good location, walk to metro and shopping mall took some 6 -10 minutes.

What could be improved: Bedroom windows next to the street.
Flat opening through NUKI App was really challenging and took ~30 minutes. You need a smartphone and working mobile data connection to enter home. There was some kind of mistake in NUKI App and my phone settings and it was really stressful to understand where the problem ir. After 2 attempts un ~ 30 challenging minutes we managed to get in flat. My kid was already in tears. Terrible 😔 The day after luckily the door app was working in one of the phones without changing anything. You receive a lot of automated messages (also double) with too many links to click on. My suggestion for apartment management: to organize a simple key code or locked box

Great value for the money

Location was great for us! Really close to U1 line, near Donau Zentrum (big shopping mall), Donau Insel and Park, plenty of good restaurants nearby and nice neighborhood. Windows were great so you do not hear the noise from the street. Unlike other people we didn`t have any issues with door system- it was rather simple to use.

What could be improved: My only comment is regarding the sofa comfort. The bed was excellent and really comfortable but the sofa that can stretch to bed was short and really uncomfortable to sleep at. Luckily there was additional bedding so we put it below to make thing a bit less firm/hard

new and clean apartment with fair location

the apartment and building is new and clean. there is a living area in front of the flat , you can use for chill. has many things in kitchen that we used at breakfasts. also can be cook other meals.

the bathroom is clean and wide. the towels are clean.
the sofa bed is not comfortable for 2 adults, but it won't be a big problem.
tv system is also very good with appletv(or android tv. i didnt check)
location is fair. both 10 min walk to U1 metro station and biggest mall of Vienna.
the owner has a whatsapp messenger that works well. replies you quickly. but it works until 22.00.

What could be improved: there are 3 things we didn't like.
one is the pillows. they are not comfortable. small and very very soft.
there is no coffee machine. there are filters and coffee but no machine.
the other thing is lock of the aparment's door.
you need to download and register with the code that owner send just before you arrive. actually this is super easy. but 2 nights the door didn't work , and we couldn't reach to the owner. tried 30 min to get in , with the sleeping children with us. the problem was not the system but it was the door itself i think. we pulled very hard at the end , then it worked. probably the owner will fix it. but if he won't and experience the lack of system , try to pull the door when you trying to open.

Very large, clean and comfortable apartment. Well equipped kitchen (just missing the microwave). No coffee machine but there's an electric kettle to make tea.
The apartment by itself would get a 9 .

What could be improved: You need a smartphone and a working data connection to enter home. Outside the entrance door my data connection wasn't working and their WiFi was really low. Moreover the app Nuki wasn't working at all ( and it was correctly connected to the door). They didn't answer the messages on booking but you have to contact them using WhatsApp (In any case they try to help you using WhatsApp but it seems that they don't know what to do). After 3 unlucky attempts with different phones and a long stayin front of the apartments, we managed to get in (They opened the door by remote). We had to use the emergency key ( but they didn't remember that there was an emergency key nor where it was). Terrible 😔 The day after luckily the door app was working in one of the phones without changing anything.

Strong suggestion for apartment management: reduce the useless technology, with a simple key code entry device you can obtain the same flexibility without causing so many issues to your guests.
The directions on booking lead you to the zone of the city.

Note for future guests: remember to pay for parking wherever you park your car in the town.

The apartment is nice, clean and cosy, ground floor, easy access, has pretty much everything in place that might be needed for a few days or longer stay.
