I won't never book this property again!

Check in was ok, easy to get in the property. Firstly press the number of the apartment we rent on the electronic box next to the door, then the door of the building automatically opened. Next, we used the number code provided by the host to get in the apartment. Mind that the code was only workable in the time of check in and out that the host informed.

What could be improved: Initially, when I saw on the map, I did not think the location of the property would be too far from the Vienna Center Station but when we walked from the station to the property, oh my God, it was too far. On Gmap, it shows 21 mins to walk from the station to the property, but we felt like half of hour for walking to the this property. There are not much restaurants in this arear, only two Kebap restaurants and a sweet cake shop. The nearest Kebap restaurant from the property is ok but the chicken is too salty. I recommend you try beef, better taste. The other Kebap restaurant was so bad, extremely salty meats. The sweet cake shop is just few steps from the property and had always crowd people on the queue to buy. We tried the cake there, the cake is ok.

The worst thing was the host always communicated in Austrian language, no English. So, we always had to translate his/her messages to know what they announced.

Kitchen: Although the apartment seemed to look new and there is a kitchen and tools but lack of some necessary to cook.

Toilet and bathroom: The other bad things were there was no floor towel in the toilet, so the floor was always fully water and could not dry quickly. The water was suddenly cold and again suddenly very hot, so be carefully to not be burned your hands and body. There is not shampoo and bath gels so if you stay here, you need to equip by yourself. This was our trouble because in all properties we stayed in the journey, all had shampoo and bath gels, so we could not buy a bottle of shampoo and bath gel just to use for three days here.

The room and heater: Although the host said the room has automatic heater under the floor but the room was still cold. There is not heater in the toilet and bathroom.

There is not lift. There is only high and steep stairs to go up to the apartment, so if you have many heavy luggage, please consider this inconveniency.

My friends and I are happy to have spent 6 unforgettable days in Vienna staying at Apartment City Vienna. The apartment had the best conditions and perfect cleanliness. My group and I will definitely visit you in the future.

What could be improved: Stairs

Superb

It is a renovated apartment in a very old building, it is modern and new, so everything works perfectly. Worth mentioning the care they took when I asked for an iron and ironing board, and they provided me.

What could be improved: For the price charged, AC is a must. Vienna summers are really hot.

Stay was Good and comfortable.

Property is Good but exterior look is bad I think they need to improve. Interior look best and all facilities available in the apartment.

What could be improved: Clean and specious for family.

It’s clean. Kitchen was equipped fully. It’s spacious apartment.

What could be improved: There is no WiFi password. No hairdryer. The door of the bathroom wasn’t working properly, can’t be closed. No enough toilet paper for 4 persons for 3 days stay. Only one key of the apartment. Faucet in the shower works bad, you can’t adjust water temperature properly.
