Clean, comfortable flat close to public transport
Rainer is a great host - very friendly and helpful. The flat is close to a bus stop and it's super easy to get around on the city's transport network. There is a Spar shop very close by so you can get essential supplies. The flat is comfortable and clean, and has everything you need.

Zunächst war der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter super und unkompliziert, es gibt einen Aufzug im Haus und vor der Tür eine Chill Lounge, direkt an der Ecke ein Supermarkt und zur nächsten Bahn sind es 8 Minuten also alles perfekt und wir werden sicher wieder buchen

Excellente communication avec l hôte. Propreté de l appartement, très fonctionnel, on peut faire à manger très facilement. Pas très loin à pied de la gare qui mène à l aéroport.

Excellent accommodation - the apartment is very well equipped, very close to the bus stop and a Spar shop. It is easy to get to all attractions using public transport.

Enjoyable
The apartment was big enough for 4 people. It was clean. Kitchen facilities had utensils to cook and full equipped kitchen for you to cook. Oven and microwave. No washing machine. 2 drying racks for hand washing. Bathroom clean and separate toilet. Lift to the second floor. Very easy to communicate with owners. Transport is close by, the 14A bus to the U train station is only 2 min walk. This links you to wherever you want to go. Spa supermarket next door.
What could be improved: We had hot days ( no ones fault), and there is no air conditioning or fans. But opened windows at night are ok. No insects were seen when they were open. Bonus
It’s good value for money. Highly recommend.
The friendly host is nice enough to welcome us at the airport. The location is easy to explore Vienna — main station is 12 min on foot, the nearest subway is 10min, the bus is on the corner. The apt is impeccably clean with very comfy beds.
What could be improved: The shower area is small. The building is old in need of some maintenance outside, but it’s new and clean inside the flat.

What I like the most is my host, Mr. Sattler is an excellent person. He took his time to explain everything about the house, what to do around the area and most of all he took his time to pick us up from the Train Station. No Other host would do that. He’s very kind & definitely will recommend his place! Thank You Mr. Sattler & I wish you good health & good wealth!!!
