4ty3 Apartments – Stadtpark City Apartment is calling

Good

What could be improved: -There was a fresh water leak near the toilet which was keeping the floor wet all the time.
-The power plug in the bathroom on the facewash mirror was off the wall and hanging (safety issue...)
-The shower was not comfortable AT ALL. The drain hole was in the middle of the cabin, capped with a flimsy unstable plastic cover. The standing place was curved and slippery making it dangerous for kids and elderly people. I suggest to replace the cabin floor before a serious incidence happens.

We really liked our stay :)

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the things I love about Vienna is the charm of these old apartments with their high ceilings, which make you feel like you’re staying in a small palace. This place captured that perfectly, and it added so much to the experience! The apartment was also conveniently located, just a 20-minute walk from Stephansplatz.

What could be improved: We encountered a small issue with the apartment door upon arrival - it needed a little push to open, but we weren’t aware of that and had to contact the staff. Thankfully, everything was resolved quickly, though it would have been helpful to know in advance. Also, the pillows were quite small and uncomfortable, which was a bit disappointing.

The apartment was very cozy, warm, and exceptionally clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the excellent hairdryer and the well-equipped kitchen with all essential utensils (though a wine or beer opener would have been nice). The apartament is on the third floor, so it was very quiet. We also appreciated that the apartment had no typical 'old building' smell or smth like that, making the stay even more pleasant. The nearest tram stop is just a 7-minute walk away, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach the heart of the old town. The neighborhood felt safe, even when walking back from the Opera House at night. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any additional questions we had. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Vienna!

What could be improved: The pillows could be more comfortable, but this didn’t diminish our overall experience. It would also be a thoughtful touch to provide shower gel.

We’ve been to Vienna quite a few times and it is always special.

Spacious, clean, close to central Vienna and very warm

We had a bit of difficulty with the Wi-Fi but Maunuel sorted it very quickly.

What could be improved: The check in instructions didn’t say which of the two apartments on the second floor was the one where we were staying.

We like to cook and there were enough utensils in the apartment but no corkscrew which meant we weren’t able to try the some wines

What could be improved: We didn’t have shits for bad in living room, we wrote to owner but never got reply.

Apartment is great, but the host was not.

The apartment is fully renovated, modern and clean to make it feel like a home away from home. The location is very close to transport and restaurants. Everything is provided in the apartment - good stock of towels, spare pillows, kitchen utensils etc.

What could be improved: Zero response from the host (Manuel) and I gave up after 3 attempts at communication. The WIFI was not working and he ignored our messages for assistance during our 4 night stay. Very disappointing.

The apartment door needs to be marked better as it is behind a service door that is unmarked. The trash room is not marked.
