Exceptional

We really liked the location (a few meters away is the tram stop, which takes you to the city center in a few minutes)
The apartment has everything you need for your stay (plenty of kitchen utensils, hairdryer, soft towels, washing machine and dishwasher both with washing tablets)
There is a garage in the basement of the building (14€ per day, easy to use with the app)

What could be improved: The bed creaks when moving. It’s also a bit too soft.
We had a problem with the blinds, we wrote to the host and got a quick reply that they would fix it, but they didn't do it until the end of our stay.

Definitely good value for money!

Apartment exactly as displayed in pictures.
Great hassle free check in process: love that doors open with code also which means one is not dependant on having a set of keys.
Clean, well equiped, accomodating host, we asked for an iron board before arriving and host kindly accommodated that for us.

Warm, cosy, running hot watter, no drainage issues, all great!

Even better if: we arrived saturday night as flight was delayed, couldn't find shops open sunday afternoon so maybe giving the option to buy some coffee capsules and water to have when unable to purchase from local shops would make the experience even better.

Will definitely return!

We really enjoyed our stay!

Great apartment in Vienna! We stayed on the 4th floor, and the windows faced the courtyard, which provided peace and quiet. The sound insulation is excellent – no noise from the street or neighbors. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, iron, hairdryer, and even tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine. Very convenient!

Most of the main attractions can be easily reached by tram 1, which stops very close by. There are many shops around, though it's worth noting that they are closed on Sundays and on weekdays, they close at 7 PM. We really enjoyed our stay!

What could be improved: -

Clean, perfect location, affordable price.

What could be improved: Poor communication with the owner (we were not informed about the lack of a cot bed, however, requested it much earlier).

Lack of privacy from the owner who could come in using the code without knocking or asking if he can come in.
People want some privacy and that should be respected.

Family trip

Everything. The location was perfect - near the bus stations, tram, trolley, and underground. It was very cozy and clean. We had no problems with the check in and check out. I definitely recommend this place

What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike

Lovely flat at the door of Vienna

It's a very lovely flat with many facilities, a sofa bed, a good shower and a nice dining area. It's located quite close to bus and train stop

What could be improved: We had a very late check in and it seemed like they forgot to clean the flat after the previous renter checked out. After we flagged it through booking we had an efficient answer

Comfortable, modern and clean

The accommodation was great! Well equipped, suitable for cooking and washing clothes in case of a longer stay. It is furnished as if someone were living there. Everything was comfortable, modern and clean. The location was also great, there are several shops within a two-minute walk, and it was also easy to get to the heart of the city by public transport.

What could be improved: In the heat of the summer, there are two fans on the ceiling instead of an air conditioner. It's a good solution, but you have to make sure that the sun doesn't heat up the interior during the day. Electric blinds served a good purpose for this.
